How WISER is Funded

Initially, WISER received funding in the early stages through Duke University. While Duke is still a prominent source of funding, as the organization grew, funding sources expanded to include donations from individuals, corporations, and foundations. Funding comes from sources globally and through funding, WISER was able to establish WISER Secondary School, a school for girls located in Muhuru Bay, a rural and poverty-stricken region in Kenya.
